Slipperhood Series: Shanice Williams (Dorothy in NBC'S "The Wiz Live!")
Shanice Williams joins the Slipperhood to share her experience stepping into the silver shoes of NBC's "The Wiz Live!" as Dorothy in 2015! Shanice recounts what it was like to go through her first audition process while being followed by a camera crew, shares how supported and encouraged she felt by her cast during the production, dives into the Dorothy/Little Red connection from her 2019 portrayal of Little Red in Hollywood Bowl's "Into the Woods," and shares her recent steps down her personal yellow brick road as she dreams of what's ahead.
